Japanese Game Show: Tonneruzu no Minasan no Okage deshita - Brain Wall

Another review of a Japanese game show, this time, the segment Brain Wall from Tonneruzu no Minasan no Okage deshita.
Behold, human tetris.

Upon looking at the segment name, you probably have no idea what I'm talking, but I think most people have seen this given the international variations of this game. Some official variations are called "Hole in the Wall", but most people know this as "human tetris." The concept is simple. A Styrofoam fall with cut-outs (which can be tetris blocks shaped, or any shape for that matter) approaches a cast member, and they must go through the wall with out breaking it.

I do not own or take credit for all of the above images and videos, if you would like them to be taken down, please message me.

Any variation of human tetris you like best? Any similar games you want to share?

I think the international versions don't do the Japanese show justice. Awesome show.

The Japanese are pretty crazy at times, but I still love them :D

My country made this show too last year. Damn it was awful, all the contestant was too fat to fit in the cutout.

Ah yes, hole in the wall, we had it in UK. Watching fat people never get through is real entertainment

Is this that crazy human tetris thing? I think cartoon network is making an Americanized version. But I heard that from awhile ago.

LMAO at the shapes people have to contort themselves to in order to win. :)

I don't like the international versions, the Japanese is more insane at times, presenting shapes that can't really be done, much for comedic effects. But the international one just doesn't have that spark.
